The preclinical analysis platform is dedicated to exploring biological processes and evaluating innovative therapies in aquatic animals (zebrafish). It supports and assists the scientific teams of U1195 in accordance with the European directive on the use of animals for scientific purposes and in compliance with French regulations. The facility holds an accreditation issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the projects are authorized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

The platform has transgenic lines targeting genes important for exploring myelin development and repair processes and the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases.

Access

This equipment is available to external users on request, generally within the framework of scientific collaboration. Submitted projects are evaluated by a scientific commission made up of experts.
